Privacy notice
We store your account name, email address, password hash, saved exercise notes, lesson progress, payment references and messages to operate the academy. We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and protect forms. We do not store your card details. Payments are processed by Paystack.
When you play an embedded video, its provider may receive connection information and apply its own privacy policy. External AI tools have separate accounts and policies.
Do not put passwords, confidential work or sensitive personal information in your exercise notes. Contact academy support to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information. Some payment records may need to be retained for accounting or legal obligations.
AI assistant and account recovery
When you send a chat message, its text, recent conversation turns and public course summaries are sent to OpenAI to generate a reply. Account passwords, payment records and saved lesson notes are not automatically sent. Avoid including sensitive information. Recent chat turns are kept in your server session; Clear conversation removes them from that session. The API request uses store=false, which does not by itself mean the provider retains no data. Usage counters are stored to enforce daily limits. Password recovery stores a hashed, expiring token and emails the reset link to your account address.
