Do I need any experience with AI?
No. Start with AI Fundamentals and work through the lessons in order. The beginner courses assume no technical background.
Can I learn on my phone?
Yes. The academy works on phones, tablets and computers. Some external AI tools and coding exercises are easier on a computer.
What is free and what is paid?
Courses marked Free are available with a free account. Premium is a one-time purchase that unlocks all currently published Premium courses. The pricing page shows the current price.
When will my Premium access start?
Access starts after a successful live payment is verified by the server. If you return from checkout before confirmation, use Check payment in your dashboard. Contact support if a successful payment has not unlocked your account.
How do the exercises work?
Try the activity using your own AI tool account, then save your prompt, result or reflection in your practice notes. Exercises are self-assessed and are not automatically graded.
Can I return to a lesson later?
Yes. Your completed lessons and saved exercise notes are stored in your account. Your dashboard links to your latest saved lesson.
Are AI tools included in Premium?
No. External services such as ChatGPT, Canva and image or video generators have their own accounts, usage limits and pricing.
Will I receive a certificate?
Certificates are not included in this version of the academy. You can track lesson completion in your dashboard.
What if I forget my password?
Select Forgot password on the login page, enter your account email, and follow the reset link. Links expire after 30 minutes. Check your spam folder, or contact support if it does not arrive.
